Pastor John Mizgerd
We recognize the church as God's ordained movement headed by Christ. The church is composed of all believers past, present and future. The mission of the church is to Love the Lord, Live the Word and Reach the World. The church continues to practice and celebrate Baptism in Water and Communion.
Lead Pastor
I was blessed to grow up in Allentown, PA, surrounded by a loving family and a Roman Catholic foundation. Everything changed when my mother had a life-transforming encounter with Jesus and became born again.
Her faith was so genuine and powerful that just a year later,
I gave my heart to Christ and began a lifelong journey of following Him with everything I had.
As I grew in faith, I developed a deep love for God’s Word,
encountered His Holy Spirit in new ways, and sensed a strong calling to preach, teach, and shepherd His people.
After high school, I attended the University of Valley Forge, where I was grounded in Scripture and met the sweetest woman I know—Shelley Lynn Baker. We got married right after graduation in 1991, and our life together has been a beautiful adventure ever since. We’re the proud parents of two incredible kids: John (born in 1997) and Alison (born in 2001).
Over the years, ministry has taken us to places like Minerva, OH; Albany, NY; Niles, OH; Allentown, PA; and now—Westchester County, NY, where we feel deeply called to serve.
I’m passionate about Jesus, His Word, and the people He places in our path. It’s an honor to serve the Faith Bible Church family and be part of a vibrant, multicultural, and multigenerational community that truly feels like home.
Reverend Carmine A. Zottoli
Reverend Carmine Zottoli is an ordained minister, with the International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (formerly the Christian Churches of North America).
Pastor Emeritus
Reverend Zottoli, along with his wife Maria, founded FBC in November 1986. He has served as the Pastor Emeritus of Faith Bible Church since June 2019. Since 2000, he has served on the Executive Board of the I.F.C.A. - first as the Director of Lay Ministries and since November 2005 as the Eastern District Overseer.
Maria, his wife of 43 years, has gone home to be with the Lord. Pastor Zottoli is now married to Deborah, and with their blended families, they have five adult children and five grandchildren. Pastor and Deborah Zottoli reside in Yorktown, NY.

Shelly-Ann Walters
Shelly-Ann Walters from the Island of Trinidad & Tobago came to Christ in 1987. She joined the Board of Trustees in August 2019.

Courtney Smith
Courtney Smith has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Faith Bible Church since 2011 and has been a faithful member since 2005.

Kathy Conte
Kathy Conte came to Christ in January 1972 and joined Faith Bible Church in July 1997. She joined the Board of Trustees in September 2008.
Trustee & Secretary
Patrick Garrick
Patrick Garrick grew up in the church, but he came to know Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1984. He has served as Deacon since 2018.

Corey McIntosh
Corey is the newest member of the Trustee Board at Faith Bible Church. He previously served at Willis Avenue United Methodist Church in the Bronx

Shelley Mizgerd
Shelley has been in education and church ministry for over 30 years. She serves alongside her husband Pastor John Mizgerd. Together they have two adult children, John and Alison and a son-in-law Tayge.
Secretary
Mirian Lombardi
Mirian Lombardi is a Brooklyn native who moved to Westchester County over 20 years ago. She has been a member of Faith Bible Church since 2007 and has faithfully served as the church's Administrative Assistance since 2011.
